Ages 4 to 10 train Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 6pm. Ages 11 to 16 train the same evenings plus Saturday sessions. Younger children focus on ball skills, coordination, and learning to play as a team. Older children build tactical awareness and match intensity. Coaches keep things fun-based and educational at every age.

Sam Whitaker and Jo Terry founded ISM Sports with a combined 40 years of coaching experience. Sam heads up tennis while Jo leads the football side.
