Skills School covers Levels 1 through 4. That’s the foundation — floating, kicking, and introducing arms. Sessions run 30 minutes and cost AED 105 per lesson. Stroke School takes it further. Bronze builds on Skills School with proper technique. Silver extends sessions to 45 minutes at AED 110. Gold and Platinum swimmers train for a full hour at AED 115 per lesson. Each term runs approximately 21 weeks.
Hamilton Aquatics runs two terms per year across the UAE. The coaching team holds Swim England qualifications. They don’t just teach strokes — they build real water safety skills.
