Football at JSA is recreational and welcoming. Three squads cover ages 4 all the way to 16. U7 takes the youngest players aged 4-7 years. Sessions run 75 minutes with a focus on fun basics. U9 moves to 90-minute training for ages 7-9. U11, U14, and U16 share a session block for ages 9-16. Older groups work on positioning, passing, and match play. All sessions run at Abu Dhabi Cricket Stadium and Sports Hub.
JSA’s coaches keep things recreational on purpose. Your child doesn’t need to be the next superstar. They just need to love kicking a ball around. Jump Sports Academy runs 20+ qualified coaches across the city. Over 20,000 students have trained with JSA’s programs. Their curriculum builds social skills alongside football technique.
